Our U.K office provider, incspaces has confirmed that UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB) will take up residency at its Leeds site after Chancellor Rishi Sunak officially opened the space at One Embankment.
The arrival of UKIB to incspaces means that One Embankment will have reached 80% occupancy just one month after opening its doors, following record levels of demand for flexible space in the city. This new home for UKIB could see up to 200 new jobs created in the city and will help support economic growth on a regional and national level.

UKIB is a new government-owned policy bank launched by Chancellor Rishi Sunak, which will use a £22bn cash injection to tackle climate change and support regional economic growth.
