We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person, a self-starter and a motivated individual. The person will have experience in working in a busy account’s office.  The role will cover the Inc Property division and to become a vital member of the finance team.

Job requirements

Sales ledger

  • Production of sales invoices and credit notes for customers, retail stores and ecommerce customers
  • Customer statement reconciliations
  • Credit control/Bad debt collection
  • Invoice production and distribution
  • Customer queries
  • Prepare Proforma invoices for customers on prepayment accounts
  • New customer accounts set up

Purchase ledger

  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supplier queries
  • Set up new Supplier account set up
  • Utility supplier management

Banking

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Setting up supplier payments
  • Cash posting to customer, supplier, and general ledgers
  • Allocating receipts against invoices/credit notes

Daily cash, Petty cash, and credit cards

  • Analysing and processing of staff credit cards and expenses
  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • Petty Cash- Sales and expense journal posting along with invoice posting
  • Retail sales allocation- Allocating receipts from various banks to each daily sales invoice
  • Analysing and posting journal entries for E commerce (Shopify and Paypal checkouts
  • Support cashing up for retail

Stock control and logistics

  • Weekly sales tracker report update
  • Manage disputed Ecommerce returns (Amazon)
  • Tracking, saving PODs and uploading invoices for E Commerce (Amazon and John Lewis)
  • Disputing incorrect debit notes raised to resolve issues• Investigating and resolving customer and supplier queries

Ad hoc

  • Weekly cash reports
  • Taking phone calls
  • General administrative duties
