Job requirements

Reporting directly to the Creative Director and also working with the Managing Director of Inc Retail, you will have a thorough understanding of our brands, their customers and products. You will live and breathe retail and will deliver a fully integrated marketing strategy for each of our brands, whilst considering the relationship and collaborative opportunities between each of the brands in our retail group. This position would require someone who is dynamic, able to work on their own initiative and willing to get their hands dirty executing, not just strategising. The responsibilities would include, but not exhaustive of the following:

  • Plan & Execute performance marketing campaigns
  • Plan & Execute the brands social media strategy
  • Solid understanding of Google AdWords and google analytics
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Plan & execute effective CRM / email marketing
  • Deliver channel reporting and be able to optimise campaigns, explain performance trends and report ROI
  • Analise customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Collaborate with group marketing
  • Work in partnership with Creative Director & Managing Director to find cost-effective way to promote Inc Retail Brands
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Person Spec

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field ( desired but not essential)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Graphic design skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Creative & Media brief writing
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • A creative thinker who enjoys finding different ways to get things done
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • A roll you’re your sleeves up attitude and low ego
  • Established press and media contacts are useful
