Dan Shaw will join the group as Chief Commercial Officer and bring a wealth of retail experience to drive expansion plans for the 129-year-old Baldwins Travel brand.
Inc & Co Group acquired the award-winning travel brand in 2021, with Dan Shaw having a key role in the takeover. The brand has gone from strength to strength since its acquisition, winning numerous industry awards and continuing to be recognised by the travel industry as the leading independent travel agent in the Southeast for the past 15 years.
Amongst Baldwins Travel, the group also owns the luxury furniture brand Maker&Son, which was acquired in 2022 and the luxury fashion brand KNOMO London. All the group brands will benefit from Shaw’s experience, and he will bring insight and knowledge from his retail career, notably heading up Retail Innovation at intu.
