Inc & Co is born
Inc & Co sets out with an initial plan to acquire businesses across Greater Manchester's digital space, beginning with Cuhu & Neon Agencies.
Acquires Laundrapp
Inc & Co acquires Laundrapp - the U.K.’s largest on-demand laundry service taking the company headcount to over 250.
incspaces is launched
Inc & Co branches out into another sector, this time property as they take over Prospect Business Centres and after a rebrand, this becomes incspaces with offices across central London & Leeds.
The Digital Age
Adding further strength to our service offering, digital innovation agency Skylab joins the group closely followed by MyLife Digital, the European market leaders in consent and data preference management, Insight Analysis and finally award winning analysis and systems agency Wood for Trees.

Insight Analysis, Cuhu & Neon are amalgamated by Skylab.
HR 'Team of the Year'
Inc & Co wins ‘HR Team of the Year’ at The Drum’s Agency Business Awards.
We've bagged KNOMO
Inc & Co is proud to announce new division Inc Retail Group which has now acquired luxury bag designer KNOMO London.
My Life Digital
Inc & Co successfully sells My life Digital to German based DataGurard.
Baldwins Travel Joins Inc & Co
Inc & Co acquires one of the world's oldest travel agencies, Baldwins Travel in a multi-million-pound takeover. Established over 120 years ago, the Tunbridge Wells-headquartered company employs more than 50 staff across eight branches.
Laundrapp
Laundrapp is sold to market leader Laundryheap in 5 figure deal.
King Street Grooming make the cut
A long time dream of the group comes true, as we open up Manchester's all in one grooming and treatment centre King Street Grooming in the heart of the city.
Maker&Son
Inc & Co acquires luxury furniture brand, Maker&Son with teams across UK, Ireland, the US, Australia, Asia and New Zealand.
