Celebrating together is one of the happiest things you can do in any company, the coming together of brilliant, like-minded people allows connections to develop, friends to be made, and jokes to be enjoyed.
Our annual Inc Fest took place today, and we celebrated all the good things in the past 12 months, yes this year has been good for us!
During Inc Fest, we have live music, company updates, and we announce our bucket list winner. Someone walks away with a £5k holiday.
This year we had music from Ellysse Mason & Design Rewind, and a DJ afterparty with Mark Allen. We announced our new company benefits, Club 100 and most importantly we got to be together, virtually and physically to celebrate together.
Company Updates in brief
- Since July 2020 we’ve acquired MLD, WFT, IA, Chop’d, KNOMO London, brought in Caribou Worldwide. Also acquired Tootsa & Invested in an Oat milk brand, which we will announce soon.
- Grew our team in 12 months from 100 to over 400 (Plus 350 self-employed) now all across the U.K.
- Grew our expertise into multiple sectors, now spanning across Digital, Tech, Property, Retail and Logistics.
Bucket list Winner
A massive congratulations to Matthew who won £5,000 holiday which him and his family will enjoy. Matt is the first to win this prize and we will be keeping tabs on him and his holiday with hopefully the odd photo or video.
Club 100 Launch
Club 100 is what we call our company benefits at Inc & Co. All employees at Inc & Co receive a beautiful welcome pack, that includes a laser etched Chilly’s water bottle, custom-designed Ampersand Lanyard and Club 100 membership card, to use across our ever-expanding list of companies. The Ampersand Lanyard was designed by Eva Rawson, Head Designer at KNOMO London, and manufactured in collaboration with leather goods specialists Tony & Emily Carr, whose workshop is based in the New Forest. Using locally sourced, full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, the Ampersand Lanyard is a celebration of British craftsmanship & timeless design with a personal touch. That is why you will find both the Inc & Co and KNOMO London logos proudly embossed on your Ampersand Lanyard.
