Each brand in our group offers something completely unique whilst all sharing a similar vision. So, we’re putting together this series of spotlights to delve into each one, highlighting their incredible teams and work.
Getting to know the brand
Located in the heart of Manchester, King Street Grooming is a premium barbershop and men’s treatment destination, launched in May 2022. Spanning two floors, it merges traditional grooming with modern treatments, offering a comprehensive service for men to look and feel their best.
The history of King Street Grooming
Finding a high street location that caters specifically to the modern man is a challenge. KSG firmly believe that looking your best is the first step to feeling your best, and King Street Grooming was created to meet this need.
The in-house design team, already known for crafting remarkable spaces and experiences at Inc & Co, went about setting up Manchester’s first all-in-one grooming venue on the city’s vibrant King Street, famed for its festivals, live music, and markets.
We identified a market gap for an exclusive male barbers and wellness centre and felt that King Street Grooming was the ideal solution to introduce this.
The space was designed exclusively around and for our customers. From the minute they walk in, we want to deliver exceptional quality and let them know they’re in a place of luxury and style.
The KSG Experience
Our team dedicated significant time to designing King Street Grooming’s two treatment floors, creating a welcoming and homely environment. The ground floor features a striking black and red-themed barber lounge for hair and beard services. The first floor offers a serene space for various treatments, including the Aeon Light™ LED Mask, Waxing, Botox, B-12 injections, microdermabrasion, and more.
We’re proud to say that the store has been a total hit with customers, and in the relatively short time being opened, the team has already amassed 100s of 5-star reviews. They’ve also actively been involved with numerous community events on King Street and in the city.
Meet the team
You don’t get a successful business without having the right people behind the brand, and the team at KSG go out of their way to ensure clients are always provided with a top quality service. Headed up by KSG owner Gareth, they’ve put together a team of experts in their own fields, to provide the perfect all-in-one experience.
If you’re after hair and beard services, then the five skilled barbers – Mou, André, Jack, Fatih, and Luke- are among the city’s most sought-after professionals. They consistently deliver outstanding results, as evidenced by our client reviews.
Upstairs, in three treatment rooms, Master Therapist and General Manager Nathan oversees a range of aesthetic treatments as well as ensuring that KSG is always running as it should be. Additionally, Luke & Dr Pat from Rejuvic Medical Aesthetics offer a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including Botox, Vitamin B-12 injections, and Dermal fillers.
What’s next?
KSG may be a young brand, but it has huge ambitions. They truly believe they offer the best all-in-one solution for men anywhere in Manchester with our vast range of services and the level of quality we deliver from our teams.
Looking forward, the team are already exploring some new treatments to bring into the salon, including a laser tattoo and hair removal machine and even hair colouring from the barbers.
