HOW TO REDEEM YOUR BENEFITS & PERKS
It’s easy to redeem your Inc & Co Club 100 Benefits & Perks, but they’re all a little different, so check the instructions below and let us know if you need a hand.
Benefits have been created over time to be as consistent as possible. We have to respect that each business and structure may be a little different, so eligibility for benefits varies depending on the company, position and tenure. If in doubt, please contact the People Team.
Perks are available to everyone, regardless of company, position or tenure. Be the first to hear about new Perks and Lightning Perks by adding your personal email to the Club 100 mailing list.
The season has now ended.
The Company is happy to expense up to £15 twice per annum for bicycle repairs. Please submit your expenses to the finance team via email, including a receipt from your purchase. This benefit is available upon successful completion of your probationary period.

The Company runs a cycle to work scheme available to all employees. You can find out more information about the scheme here. The Company term for bike repayments is up to 12 months and the maximum spend per bike is £500.
Your Company will be issued with a quarterly quota for enrolling employees on the scheme. Applications are reviewed at the start of each month on a first come first served basis, and the People Team will contact you when the company is ready to process your application.

Terms and Conditions
Three draws will take place, Two on July 1st and One at the 2022 Oscars. All are valued at £2,500 each.
You should take your prize within 6 months of the draw though if there are extenuating circumstances we will take these into account, for example, restrictions on travel due to the pandemic.
You must be the primary traveller.
Inc & Co will publicise this competition and your prize both internally and externally, this year and in the future – with images, text or video provided by you – on its social media accounts, and other outlets. If you and your fellow travellers are not happy to agree to this, with regret, we would not be able to include you in the draw.
One winner is chosen at random on July 1st, and another from the Inc fest Three attendees. The winner in December is chosen from the attendees of the Virtual Oscars.
All PAYE employees are eligible to be included in the draw unless you are excluded as below:
1. There is a current disciplinary sanction in place e.g. any type of current warning
2. Notice has been served on you or given by you, or any individual who has left the
business at the time of the draw, or you have not yet passed your probabtion.
3. You are part of an exclusion list, of which you were notified in advance of the competition going live. This includes but is not limited to: the competition organisers,
head of businesses etc.
4. A contractor or other non-PAYE member of the company
Inc & Co will pay for:
Flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, excursions, and holiday spends or other costs agreed in writing.
Inc & Co will not pay for:
Passport fees, isolation costs, covid testing, hotel quarantine or any other expenses incurred without the express permission of the People Team.
You must have the appropriate comprehensive travel insurance for your trip.
There is no cash alternative to the prize, but you may take a maximum of 20% of your fund as cash for use on your trip, without restrictions.
You must use your annual leave allowance to take your holiday, and request time off on Bamboo in the normal way including any time needed to isolate on your return.
Neither you nor your party must bring Inc & Co or its companies into disrepute whilst on your trip, or from the actions conducted on your trip whether now or in the future.
Inc & Co reserves the right to withhold the prize, if at any time these conditions mentioned are not met, or it believes the prize was taken in a dishonest or similar manner and has the final say on all eligible participants.
Inc & Co reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it in another draw (using the same participants) should your employment end prior to the start of your trip.
Inc & Co will act as Concierge for your holiday, and will as far as is practical and possible, be responsible for booking the holiday arrangements on your behalf.
Inc & Co reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any point by updating this page.
The usual holiday allowance for full-time employees across the business is 33 days, including standard bank holidays, rising to 35 days per annum after five years of continuous service and increasing to 36 days per annum after ten years of continuous service.
Executive Level employees are eligible for 35 days per annum, including bank holidays, based on full-time attendance, rising to 36 days after five years of continuous service.
Holiday allowances will be pro-rated as required.
The usual holiday allowances differ for Baldwins Travel and Wood for Trees. Please contact your Head of Business or the People Team for more information.
Book your holidays as usual on Bamboo, and we’ll automatically work out the rest. Not applicable to Wood for Trees.
Inc Fest Three took place in July 2022. The next Inc Fest Four will be announced in 2023.
The referral fees are as follows and you will receive these once the person you referred passes their probationary period:
● Junior £250
● Mid-Level £500
● Senior-Level £750
Please note this only applies to direct referrals from employees and does not include hires via an agency. The referral scheme is not available to Heads of Business, since sourcing and referring talent would be an expectation of their roles; Managers are also unable to refer a person for their own team/branch. Referral fees are taxable. To make a referral email the Recruitment Team.
After 5 years continuous service with the Company, Company contributions will increase to 4%. Contributions will increase from the month immediately following your 5th year of service.
Executive Level employees are eligible for 4% Company contribution. Please note that standard pension contribution is 3% from the employer and 5% from the employee.
You will be notified by the People Team, once you become eligible.
The Company offers Private Medical insurance and a Health Cash Plan for Managers who have 5 years of service or more, and also Executives. The People Team will get in touch once you become eligible and enrollment will come into effect from the month following the work anniversary.
We want to give you as much opportunity to develop whilst working at Inc & Co. To discuss your personal development, please speak with your Line Manager.
As well as external training, you may utilise meet-ups, shadowing a colleague or learning from experts within the wider Company.
Although training and development will be available to you at all stages of your journey with Inc & Co, please note that funded external training proposals will only be considered once probation is complete.

Take some time to volunteer for a cause of your choice, with our volunteering days. You can take either 2 days together, or 3 days on separate occasions.
Once you have made arrangements to volunteer, and the time off is approved by your Line Manager, please send an email to the People Team confirming the details and attaching confirmation from the relevant organisation / persons you will be working with.
